Featuring live local music, our 10th-annual crawfish eating contest, and loads of delicious Deanie’s boiled crawfish, crawfish specialities and cool beverages, you’re going to want to join us for our Pinch A Palooza Festival & Crawfish Eating Contest at Deanie’s on Lake Avenue in Bucktown. A $1 donation to The Good Shepherd School will get you in the gates for the day’s festivities.

Pinch A Palooza Festival offers crawfish races, face-painting and inflatables for the kids to enjoy, the Pinch A Palooza Crawfish Eating Contest, great music and Deanie’s signature crawfish specialties. Plus, “The Magic Feet from Lafitte,” The 689 Swampers, will get down and deliver a fun dance performance that will bring a smile to your face!

The fun starts at noon and takes place at our original seafood market and restaurant in Bucktown, located at 1713 Lake Ave. on Old Hammond Highway in Metairie.
