Friends of Culture present Bayou Bacchanal:The Original Caribbean Carnival of New Orleans

Bayou Bacchanal is an annual festival celebrating the rich Caribbean history and community within New Orleans, Louisiana. The festival begins with a vibrant parade featuring masqueraders performing traditional dances to steel drums and Soca Music. The festival is filled with mouth-watering Caribbean-style food and tropical libations.
Color Me Crazy Mas Paint vs Power Parade
The parade starts at Harrahs Casino New Orleans (8 Canal Street) and ends at Armstrong Park. There will be lots of colors, dancing and lots of Color Me Krazy Masqueraders.
50/50 Raffle:
There will also be a 50/50 raffle where one lucky winner will win 50% of the pot. Tickets for the 50/50 are 1 for $2 and 3 for $5.

River Parish Disposal
