Most New Orleanians have driven over the Crescent City Connection…but have you ever run across it?
Dust off your running shoes, because the Crescent Connection Bridge Run is happening on Saturday, June 3, 2017 at 7pm.
What better way to celebrate the start of summer than with a great evening run across the iconic Crescent City Connection! At four miles and rising to a height of more than three-hundred feet over the river, the Allstate Sugar Bowl Crescent Connection Bridge Run gives participants a breathtaking view of the city’s skyline at sunset. The registration fee is $35. Click HERE for more information.
Come See the Sunset From The Top Of the CCC
This is definitely one of the most unique courses in the South. Participants start on New Orleans’ “West Bank” and cross the Mississippi River via the Crescent City Connection Bridge. Ending along the river in the Warehouse District on the “East Bank”, the Bridge Run is a favorite among both serious runners, young professionals, and partiers alike! Experience the skyline and enjoy an evening at a post-race party only the folks from the Crescent City Classic can throw!
Don’t Miss The After-Party!
Participants are invited to attend the Michelob Ultra Post-Race Party and awards ceremony after the race at the Port of New Orleans, along the river. Live entertainment, Michelob Ultra Beer, Kentwood Springs water, Gatorade, Rouses Fruit and Blue Runner Foods Red Beans and Rice will be provided for all race participants. There will also be local food truck options for sale (TBD) as well as our tasc + CCC Merchandise tent.
Now, you may see some alligators along the way even at the race after party…but don’t worry it is most likely just one of the River Parish Disposal dumpsters or portable toilets. We supply the Crescent Connection Bridge Run with dumpsters and portable toilets. Can’t wait to see you there, and we’ll see you at the finish line.
