National Sandwich Day-Longest Po-boy in NOLA History
The longest po’boy in New Orleans’ history is coming to the city for National Sandwich Day. Come join us on Friday, November 2, at Lafayette Square, for a supersized po’boy (approximately 500 feet long) created by three of the city’s most iconic food brands – Blue Plate Mayonnaise, Leidenheimer Baking Company, and Chisesi Brothers Meat Packing Co.

What You Need To Know
We’ll also celebrate with a Sandwich Eating Contest to see who can eat a 12-inch po’boy the fastest. Join us for a complimentary sandwich with either ham or roast beef in both traditional and Cajun varieties. Wear your best football gear as we cheer on LSU Football and the New Orleans Saints before their big weekend games!
